Services Provided
Blooming Petals Inc. provides family-support services through its programs and brands, including East Willows Nursery School, The Weekend Reset, caregiver placement and referral services, educational workshops, consultations, and related family services.

Services may include childcare programming, newborn and postpartum support, nanny and doula placements, residential cleaning, laundry, organization, nursery preparation, and family-support services.

Certain services may require additional agreements, enrollment forms, waivers, handbooks, or service-specific policies.

Caregiver Referral & Placement
Blooming Petals may provide referral and placement support for families seeking Newborn Care Specialists, Postpartum Doulas, Nannies, and other household professionals.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, caregivers placed with families are not employees of Blooming Petals Inc. Families make all final hiring decisions and are responsible for supervision, scheduling, payroll, taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable employment and domestic-worker laws.

Blooming Petals does not guarantee continued employment, caregiver performance, compatibility, or the length of any placement.

East Willows Nursery School
East Willows Nursery School operates as a program of Blooming Petals Inc.

Enrollment, tuition, attendance, health and safety requirements, pickup procedures, closures, withdrawals, and other school-specific policies are governed by the current EWNS Enrollment Agreement, Parent Handbook, and required enrollment forms.

Where those documents conflict with these general Terms, the EWNS-specific agreement controls for nursery-school services.

The Weekend Reset
The Weekend Reset operates as a home-support service of Blooming Petals Inc.

Services may include residential cleaning, laundry, organizing, household resetting, and nursery preparation.

Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the home and disclosing pets, hazards, fragile items, specialty surfaces, or other conditions that may affect service.

Additional work outside the original booking may require additional time or fees.

Consultations & Educational Services
Blooming Petals may provide workshops, consultations, newborn-care education, postpartum support, and other family guidance.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these services are non-medical and educational in nature and are not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, or other licensed professional care.

No Guarantee of Outcome
Blooming Petals strives to provide professional and thoughtful services but does not guarantee:

• Placement of a caregiver

• Duration or success of employment

• Specific educational or developmental outcomes

• Specific cleaning or organizational results

• Medical, postpartum, newborn, sleep, or parenting outcomes

Individual results and circumstances vary.

Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Follow applicable program and safety policies

• Communicate respectfully with Blooming Petals staff and providers

• Make final hiring decisions when using placement services

• Provide a safe environment for in-home services

• Pay all applicable fees according to the agreed terms

Fees & Payments
Service fees, tuition, deposits, registration fees, placement fees, and other charges are governed by the applicable booking or service agreement.

Payments are non-refundable where clearly stated and permitted by law.

Recurring payments, when applicable, require separate authorization and are subject to the payment and cancellation terms provided at enrollment or booking.

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary by service.

EWNS policies are governed by the Enrollment Agreement and Parent Handbook.

The Weekend Reset cancellation terms are provided during booking.

Placement fees and guarantees, when applicable, are governed by the applicable Placement Agreement.

Safety & Right to Refuse Service
Blooming Petals may refuse, suspend, or discontinue service when necessary due to:

• Unsafe conditions

• Nonpayment

• Harassment or threatening behavior

• Material policy violations

• Fraud or misrepresentation

• Conditions that prevent safe or reasonable service delivery

Blooming Petals will not refuse service for an unlawful discriminatory reason.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by New York law, Blooming Petals Inc. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its website or services.

Blooming Petals is not responsible for independent decisions or conduct of families, caregivers, clients, household members, or unrelated third parties except where Blooming Petals has legal responsibility.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability or legal rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Intellectual Property
Website content, branding, logos, written materials, handbooks, forms, educational materials, photographs, and original content belonging to Blooming Petals Inc. may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or commercially used without written permission.

Third-Party Platforms
Blooming Petals may use third-party services for payments, scheduling, communication, enrollment, forms, or other business functions.

Third-party platforms maintain their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices.

Modifications
Blooming Petals Inc. may update these Terms & Conditions as its services, programs, or legal requirements change.

Updates apply prospectively and do not automatically replace the material terms of an existing signed agreement.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes involving Blooming Petals Inc. will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Westchester County, New York.

Blooming Petals caregiver placement services provide referrals and professional matching support. Unless otherwise stated in writing, caregivers are not employees of Blooming Petals and are hired directly by the families they serve.

Families are responsible for final hiring decisions, supervision, employment arrangements, payroll, taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable employment laws.

Blooming Petals may review caregiver qualifications, experience, references, certifications, or screening information when applicable; however, no screening process can guarantee a person's future conduct, performance, reliability, or compatibility.

Blooming Petals does not guarantee any specific placement, childcare, educational, household, postpartum, newborn-care, cleaning, employment, or other service outcome.

Workshops, consultations, doula support, newborn-care guidance, and educational services are provided for informational and supportive purposes unless expressly stated otherwise. They do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, legal advice, or other licensed professional services.

Each Blooming Petals program may have additional agreements, policies, waivers, or enrollment requirements. Those documents govern the specific service purchased.

By using Blooming Petals services, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable Terms, service policies, and written agreements.
