We also offer virtual one-on-one consultations, providing non-medical, peer-to-peer guidance based on professional experience. These consultations are for informational and supportive purposes only and do not constitute medical, clinical, or healthcare advice.

Referral & Employment Disclaimer

Blooming Petals provides caregiver referral and placement services as a third-party agency. All caregivers are independent of Blooming Petals and are hired directly by the families they serve.

Families are the employer of record and are solely responsible for hiring decisions, supervision, scheduling, payroll, taxes, and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including New York State domestic labor laws.

Blooming Petals does not employ caregivers and is not responsible for employment arrangements, workplace conditions, or ongoing management of caregivers once a placement has been made.

No Guarantee of Placement or Outcome

While Blooming Petals conducts a thorough screening and vetting process and strives to provide compatible matches, we do not guarantee:

• Placement of a caregiver

• Duration of employment

• Performance, conduct, or compatibility of any caregiver

All final decisions and outcomes are the responsibility of the family.

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Make all final hiring and employment decisions independently

Fees & Payments

All fees for services, consultations, and placements are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Fees are charged for the referral, screening, and matching process, not for employment outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

Blooming Petals is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from:

• Interactions between families and caregivers

• Hiring decisions or employment relationships

• Caregiver performance, conduct, or actions

Use of our services is at your own discretion and risk.
